We want to tell you that our Apartment is 100 square meters, it has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 complete bathrooms with a set of hand towels, toilet paper, mats and liquid soap, a double living-dining room with a ceiling fan in the room where You can spend time watching TV on the 58-inch LED Smart TV with a living room and a balcony with a privileged view of the mountains.

The beds in the rooms are distributed as follows:

- Main Bedroom: A double bed

- Room 2: Two double beds

- Room 3: Two double beds

All rooms have air conditioning.

You are provided with one towel per person for the shower, they CANNOT be taken out of the apartment for any reason (YOU MUST BRING A TOWEL FOR THE BEACH OR POOL)

The apartment has FREE high-speed wi-fi internet!!!!

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, sandwich maker, electric juicer, set of pots and complete tableware so you can make delicious dishes and feel at home.

The apartment also has a digital safe and private parking number 89 for your vehicle.

The apartment has a maximum capacity of 10 people, including adults and children, and the price varies depending on occupancy and travel dates.

Due to the weather there are no blankets since Santa Marta is a very hot climate.

The complex has private security, the tower has two elevators. The social area has 3 swimming pools to enjoy with family and friends, gym (you must enter with appropriate clothing), 4 jacuzzis, grills next to the pool, sauna, children's play area and event terrace.
In the condominium there is a paid washing machine, tokens for use are sold at the concierge.
It is located inside the ZAZUE shopping center, where you can find banks, restaurants (Creps and Wafles, Subway, El corral, Juan Valdes, etc).

Stores of different items, Carulla supermarket, etc., 150 meters from the best beach in Santa Marta.

We have National Tourism Registry No. 82562 to give you security.

The only one-time additional value is 70,000 for the cleaning fee for the lady who delivers the apartment and 28,000 for the handle per person for building security and control,
The entry of visitors to the apartment or social areas is prohibited.

No person who is not registered will be able to enter the complex or the apartment. A guest cannot receive unregistered visitors.

By National Government Law, all people who register must present documentation proving their identity at the gate for registration.

The arrival times (Check in) to the apartment are between 3PM and 7PM, and departure times between 8AM and 11:30AM. If you enter after 7am until 9pm maximum, you will have to pay the employee's taxi $25,000. No entry will be allowed after 9 pm and the night will be considered lost.

If you check out before 8am, you must pay the employee's taxi fare of an additional $25,000

Pets are not allowed, parties and playing music at high volume that may disturb other guests are also prohibited.

To check in we need to previously send an authorization letter to the Building administration with the people who will be staying.

The pool closes between 7 PM. On Tuesdays the pool is closed for maintenance.

The apartment does not have hot water due to the high temperatures in the city.
