Seguimos todos los protocolos oficiales de limpieza e higiene para reducir cualquier riesgo de contagio en nuestro alojamiento, desinfectando todas las superficies con especial atención durante cada relevo de huéspedes.
Actuamos siguiendo los protocolos oficiales de prevención de contagios por Covid-19 del Gobierno de Colombia y adaptado también al de España para dar seguridad a todos los huéspedes, así como las indicaciones de limpieza e higiene de la Organización Mundial de la Salud. Monitorizamos cualquier novedad que nos permita mejorar la seguridad y el bienestar de nuestros huéspedes.
Inspeccionamos nuestra propiedad durante cada relevo de huéspedes para garantizar el cumplimiento de los protocolos de limpieza, higiene y mantenimiento.
Empleamos soluciones desinfectantes para limpiar todas las superficies de nuestra propiedad. Esto incluye cualquier elemento que los anteriores huéspedes hayan podido tocar, como llaves, pomos de puertas, sillas, mesas y encimeras, interruptores de luz o el mando del televisor (entre otros).
