It is very important that you read the entire description of the ad where we provide you with a lot of IMPORTANT information.

We tell you that the Nautilus Duplex Apartment is located in Santa Marta in the select sector of Playa Salguero (south of Rodadero) and offers accommodation with air conditioning, swimming pool and balcony.

The condominium has direct access to the sea and swimming pool, the apartment offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free Wi-Fi connection.

The apartment has 1 room with 2 double hotel-type beds with air conditioning and another small room with a semi-double cabin, Smart TV with Claro cable in the main room and in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, oven and everything you need to enjoy your stay, washing machine and 2 bathrooms with shower (it does not have hot water).

They are provided with one towel per person for the shower, they cannot be taken out of the apartment for any reason (YOU MUST BRING A TOWEL FOR THE BEACH OR POOL)

Guests can swim in the outdoor pool, go jet skiing, or relax in the garden.

The apartment is located on the beautiful Salguero Beach, 5 minutes from Rodadero. The nearest airport is Simón Bolívar International Airport, 10 km away.

When you arrive at the building, the administration will charge you a one-time registration fee of $10,000 Colombian pesos per person at the gate.

Upon arrival at the apartment, our one-time employee will be paid $60,000 Colombian pesos for cleaning

Remember that as soon as you make the reservation you must contact us by cell phone or by mail so that we can make and send you the entry authorization letter.

The entry of visitors to the apartment or social areas is prohibited.

No person who is not registered will be able to enter the complex or the apartment. A guest cannot receive unregistered visitors.

By National Government Law, all people who register must present documentation proving their identity at the gate for registration.

THE POOL IS SEPARATED A DAY BEFORE YOU MUST REQUEST THE TURN IN ADVANCE AT THE PORTER

For Check-in we need to previously send a letter of authorization to the Building administration with the people who will be staying.The arrival times (Check in) to the apartment are between 3 PM and 7 PM, and departure between 8 AM and 11:30 AM. If you enter after 7 to 9 PM maximum, you must pay the employee's taxi $25,000, no entry will be allowed after 9 pm.

If the check out is before 8am, you must pay the cost of the employee's taxi of an additional $25,000
