We want to tell you that the Apartment is on the 9th floor for couples or small families, it has 1 room with air conditioning, 2 full bathrooms with a set of hand towels, toilet paper, mats and liquid soap, a living-dining room where you can spend time to watch TV on the Smart TV led TV with sea view.
The beds in the room are distributed as follows:
- Main Room: Two double beds and in the living room there is a sofa bed
They are provided with one towel per person for the shower, they cannot be removed
from the apartment for any reason (MUST BRING A TOWEL FOR THE BEACH OR POOL)
The apt has FREE high speed wi-fi internet!!!!
The kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, electric juicer, cookware set and complete tableware so that they can make delicious dishes and feel at home.
The apartment also has a private parking space for your vehicle no. 432 on the second floor.
The apartment has a room and a maximum capacity of 5 people between adults and children and the price varies according to occupancy and travel dates.
It is in Playa Salguero, a residential and quiet area, 15 minutes by car from the airport or the Historic Center of the City. It is a Beach Club with private access to a supervised beach. 3 swimming pools, 7 jacuzzis, bar and BBQ on the covered terrace, 19th floor. Golfito, 5-a-side soccer, Restaurant, 18th floor.
In the lower sector it has 3 new swimming pools and more jacuzzis and a rest area with top quality furniture.
PAYMENT NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION: Registration door handles $50,000 per person for a single time and cleaning $60,000 to the person who gives you the apartment for a single time. The handles identify them and allow access to all services for guests. The Beach Club has a guarded area with tents, kiosks and seats on the beach for the exclusive use of guests. Restaurant on the beach and in the building.
Access for guests As required by the Santa Marta Tourist District, and for the safety of our visitors and residents, when making a reservation, please send the full names and identification of each of the guests, nationality, city of origin and residence address. Upon arrival, when registering at reception, if you have a car, also provide the brand, model and license plate number
You will be staying in a very quiet area five minutes by car from El Rodadero and 15 minutes from the Historic Center, that is, very close to the Caribbean scene so you can discover why Santa Marta is the city with the "Magic of having it all".

The entry of visitors to the apartment or social areas is prohibited.
No person who is not registered will be able to enter the complex or the apartment. A guest cannot receive unregistered visitors.
By National Government Law, all people who register must present documentation that proves their identity at the gate for registration.
For the Accommodation Registration Card required by the government when you make the reservation you will also be asked for your address and city of residence.
Pets are not allowed, Parties are also prohibited and playing music with a high volume that may disturb other guests
To check in, we need to previously send a letter of authorization to the building administration with the people who will be staying.
The arrival times (Check in) to the apartment are between 3 PM and 7 PM, and departure between 8 AM and 11:30 AM. If you enter after 7 to 9 PM maximum, you must pay the employee's taxi $25,000, no entry will be allowed after 9 pm.
If the check out is before 8am, you must pay the cost of the employee's taxi of an additional $25,000
THERE IS NO REFUND OF MONEY OR CHANGES OF DATES FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
