Our apartment is by the sea with an incredible view of the sea and Tierra Bomba Island both from the rooms and from the living room window

The apartment has two bedrooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with basic appliances and utensils to enjoy your flavors. It has air conditioning in the main bedroom and living room, in the second bedroom it has a rotating ceiling fan for better air distribution.

We have high-speed WIFI internet and if you need to work during your vacation we have a folding desk so you can have your place to work in peace.

When you arrive at the building, you will have to pay the cost of registration handles of $30,000 Colombian pesos only once at the concierge. The person who gives you the apartment is paid the $55,000 Colombian pesos for cleaning and COVID disinfection.

No person who is not registered will be able to enter the complex or the apartment. A guest cannot receive unregistered visitors.

By National Government Law, all people who register must present documentation proving their identity at the gate for registration.

DOES NOT HAVE POOL SERVICE

They are provided with one towel per person for the shower, they cannot be taken out of the apartment for any reason (YOU MUST BRING A BEACH TOWEL) The apartment does not have hot water.

Check in time is from 3 PM to 7 PM. If you arrive after that time, ask us BEFORE MAKING THE RESERVATION to see if we could deliver you at the estimated time of your arrival.
