Apartamento Cielo Azul en Rodadero Sur

It is a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms, kitchen and dining room, it is located just a block and a half from Gaira Beach in Rodadero Sur on a second floor of stairs. (It does not have an elevator)

It has air conditioning in the rooms and fans in the living room. Cable TV and Internet WIFI FREE!! .

It is delivered with sheets. They are provided with one towel per person for the shower, they cannot be taken out of the apartment for any reason (YOU MUST BRING A BEACH TOWEL)

It is recommended to bring a towel for the sea as towels cannot be taken out of the apartment

The only additional cost is the one-time cleaning $50,000 Colombian pesos

No person who is not registered will be able to enter the complex or the apartment. A guest cannot receive unregistered visitors.

By National Government Law, all people who register must present documentation proving their identity at the gate for registration.

It does not have parking but you can do it without problems on the street.

To check in, we need to previously send a letter of authorization to the building administration with the people who will be staying.

The arrival times (Check in) to the apartment are between 3 PM and 7 PM, and departure between 8 AM and 11:30 AM. If you enter after 7 to 9 PM maximum, you must pay the employee's taxi $25,000, no entry will be allowed after 9 pm.

If the check out is before 8am, you must pay the cost of the employee's taxi of an additional $25,000

The apartment does not have hot water due to the hot climate of the city
